Gaming Pokemon Emerald question

My NTSC Emerald was stolen a while ago, and I've been thinking of getting one from eBay, the thing is, the only affordable, genuine one that I've found is PAL, would it have any issues connecting to Pokemon Colosseum and XD (NTSC)?

PAL and NTSC don't apply to GBA games in a technical sense, since they aren't played on the TV. According to here the only problem will arise, if you try to connect different languages (US to Japan and vice versa). If your versions are both english (UK and US) this shouldn't be a problem.
