Gaming Angry Birds Trilogy

Angry Birds might be a good e-shop game for like $10 for the whole trilogy but as a full fleged game?

Reminds me of elf bowling on the DS to an extent.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this game sells decently well even at $30. Kids are addicted to anything and everything Angry Birds right now. Every time I take my daughter to school i can easily count between 10 and 20 kids wearing an Angry Birds shirt or backpack. I expect every kid who owns a 3DS is going to get their parents to buy this for them even at 10 times the cost of the mobile versions.

It will sell. Some will wait for a price drop, some might be impulse buys. Some just because it's Angry Birds.

And people forget that not everyone uses or even knows what the eShop is. Some of the people who own a 3DS never connect it to the internet, never update it, have no clue that most of the things people here take for granted (like Swapnote or even Netflix) are even available. So if given the choice between a physical copy and an eShop version, they pick the physical because that's all they know.

It's how Gamestop sells new games most of the time. Some don't know any better.

I'm 100% sure space will eventually get added too, as a DLC, which is bullshit because they could just as easily have added it.
Also 50% sure it will be a Day 1 DLC as well and cost $10 more.

Well, there's a game that will never see my 3DS, 360, or PS3 for a multitude of reasons.

ONE!!!!!! As an Android user, I get the full Angry Birds experience for free. Take THAT iOS people! So why would I want to spend $30 for games I can already play for free on my tablet?
TWO!!!!! If I could swear without fear of retribution from mods, I would. Seriously, bleep Craptivision. I wont even buy games I know I would like from them just because of the label Activision on the box (example, Prototype 2).
THREE!! I didn't really care for the games.

Really though, were any of us going to buy it?

You know they do have a legit reason for charging more than a few bucks... the cartridge itself, box, packaging, manual, etc...

Unlike digital distribution where anything can be copied without loss, the carts and packaging and shit are made with real labor out of real materials that also need to be shipped around to stores and all that jazz.

I think there at least two better 3ds games out there that started at $20 dollars.

Also, I seen people where those shirts too. I never seen them on anything else like pants.
