That is pretty cool, it does everything my jaillbroken iPhone 4s already does

I remember when Siri sounded quick and not terribly robotic.
Yeah to be fair Siri does sound like a dumb ass, Im still waiting for the homebrew community to come up with some other voices, how bad ass would it be to have for example Homer as a siri voice

You don't even realize the amount of recording it would take to make something like that.

Seems OK but It'll be pain to use in non-english countries. Even regular voice regonition is english only and it works kindah.

Does it actually use androids own TTS engine? Then it would be possible to change it to better/more comfortable one.

Looks pretty good. My one problem is when it is reading out numbers, it only seems to go to 2dp, but does not round up when it should e.g 50 miles = 80.4672 km, but the voice reads out "80.46", when it should be "80.47", seeing as the 6 is followed by a digit >5.

I'm no fan of voice control but this looks very sleek.

Siri is still in beta, but this one looks like a true fight.

If Siri sounds like that now, changing it to the voice of a bumbling fool with an IQ of 55 will hardly affect it. :creep:
