How about giving us something cool with the game? I think I'll wait until I can pick it up used on the cheap and they can keep their Chinese junk.

I think I'll stick to online and save money rather than get a useless case.

What are you talking about It's confirmed to be priced at $40 on the eShop.
He probably means that he'll buy it on Amazon, Play.com or another online retailer.
Anyway, I'd probably pass on getting this, unless the game gets good reviews. I didn't like NSMB/W.

You silly person, I didn't say anything about eShop.

By the way that listing hasn't been confirmed at all, it was a leak that Nintendo has taken down, they've now got the price as "TBD" and also that price wasn't for my country.

I think it would have been a better idea to have an actual metal coin with a gold finish that looks true to life to the real thing. You know, something with actual weight to it.
Twin I couldn't agree with you more but unfortunately Gamestop is rather cheap with there Pre-Order Bonuses.

That is absolutely not enough proof. Every single piece of proof links to that neogaf forum post, or links to that nintendoeverything site that cites "JAKE" as the reference.

There is no way in hell it will be $40 in the e-shop.

Unfortunately it makes sense as to why it would be priced at $40 if they set the price at let's say $24.99 then nearly nobody would buy the retail copy and retailers would lose money.

I think what's going to happen is the price of both versions will be around $30 (which is still ridiculous for an e-shop game.) Both versions have advantages and disadvantages over each other; you can resell and loan out your cartridge, but an eshop version you would never have to bother with swapping cartridges. I can kind of see a $30 price point bridging the gap to an extent. But at $40, there is NO good reason to get the eshop version since it has no resale whatsoever. This idea is way too good for Nintendo, but maybe they should have like a diminishing return policy on eshop games; if you want to buy the eshop game but don't like it, or beat it quickly, you could get a partial refund and allow Nintendo to delete the game from your system. But hold on to the game too long, and your refund value diminishes.

Kind of gay, not gonna lie. Still not enough to convince me to buy the game.
Kind of gay,
gay
Gay doesn't mean shitty.

On-topic, I really enjoy the New Super Mario Bros. series and I will probably be picking this up. Not for the pre-order bonus though.
