ROM Hack Pokemon Black Evolution editor?

I was looking for an evolution editor for Pokemon Black, I came across this http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?11507-CLOSED

But the topic's closed now with no link available..

Has anyone got a download for the tool or has the tool which they could upload for me to download?

Edit: When I load pokemon black on PPRE, then click on one of the icons I get an error saying the rom must be placed in the same folder as PPRE, despite it already being in the same folder? (I've already did the process of clicking 'Set rom' and waiting it to properly load a.k.a the black pop up screen disappearing?

Hmmm, after i choose, then set rom. Clicking pokemon then going from there works fine for me.
Im not quite sure.

Just after testing heart gold and it works fine, then I tested pokemon white and it gave the same error :x Might just have to hex edit them :/

PPRE doesn't work on B/W at all since the file locations are all different... You can unpack the ROM and such since that's just ndstool, but you won't be able to edit any data.
