Got the patch to work! (Lastest Loaders & 1.8.9z)

I have re-formatted my sdcard twice, installed 1.8.9z, updated loaders, checked CRC of ROM, is there anything else I need to do (change any of the game settings, like AP option to on/off/default?)

i didnt do anything! i patched it then i just updated my thing to 1.8.9z and put the latest loaders and it just worked

well I guess I will try again, always getting FAT Error...

Finally got it working on acekard 2i! what i did was
1) backup everything
2) format using panasonic sd format tool
3) downloaded akaio from the acekard website http://www.acekard.com/download.php (this has the latest loader already)
4) moved patched rom
and now it works

Update your firmware.

I tried updating to 1.34 but the result is that after the "loading" part of turning the DS on I just get a black screen.
Can another R4 SDHC user tell me what firmware they're using?

I'm using 1.48

I figured out how to update it to 1.48 but still getting the same error

Most likely you missed a step.
When using Panasonic SD Format tool, it's best to use these settings FORMAT TYPE - FULL (OverWrite) : FORMAT SIZE ADJUSTMENT - ON.
I have found that can make a difference.

The one akaio.net isn't up to date, so you have to download the latest loader from here and put it into _aio\loaders. I don't think the one from www.acekard.com has the latest loader either, so, to be on the safe side, you should use the above link to get the latest one.

It's not working on my R4 SDHC Upgrade

Ive download the latest kernel and the latest wood stuff
Also ive patched it using the drag and drop .exe
All i've got coming up is errcode= 4 and a constant loading screen on wood

Help? D:

The 46/57 MB thingy is irrelevant as far as I know, what you need (for Acekard 2i users) is an updated loader, the latest AKAIO 1.8.9z and a ROM w/ CRC32 BB2616E3!

I got mine to work and am playing it flawlessly!

I got an "The Data can not be read" message, and I am using Acekard 2i with 1.8.9z, is there a fix already?
