LOL I'm actually very serious whenever I play the game. I play with very good players and that's where my competitive nature and my way of testing players come from XD
It's actually funny because I don't play the game that much. I just happen to be very good at it. And understanding the fusion calculator makes it VERY EASY to make a good weapon.

I can't. I just happen to be rather good at it. What I CAN teach you is how to fuse effectively.
You can start by using 100 valued weapons and gradually go up. This allows you to pick where you want your stars to go. Either in ranged or melee (or both but it will hinder your weapon mods)
After that, you pick your mods very carefully (while you go up in your value). The higher your value is, the more stats (and how powerful it is) you can put in your weapon.
However you will fuse alot.
Here's an example:

All the stats (except heart bonus) were hand picked.

There's actually 100, if you count the 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, etc.

Could've had a 6 range 288 value with no evasion +1 but would need to use about 300k or nearly an hour of heart grinding for it, and i don't like saggi bow that much.

Close, but you're off by one. There's actually 91 difficulty levels. Think about it... 0.0-0.9 for each number is 10... which means that it's 8.9 when you get to 90 levels... at 9.0, and you get 91 difficulties.

I did once just for the lulz. It's... -_-' You really need to suck HARD if you're that desperate to do it at intensity 0.0.

Enemies barely do any damage. They just come and go.
