Hello. I received a Wii from a good friend. He said that he was trying to update his Wii from 3.4E to 4.3E so he could play the latsest games.
When he was updating the updater stopped working (as he said)

I checked the Wii for HB channel etc. Nothing on it. Problems i noticed was that it does not even play the Wii Sports disc that came with the Wii.

Here is a Syscheck:

The hackmii installer cannot find a vulnerable IOS .... (atleast that's what is says)
Oh even the one from modmii? Alright... Because the syscheck is fine, it should find some IOS. Or have you tried some older hackmii installer?

The Hackmii installer i used was the latest from the Hackmii.org website.
But should there not be atleast 1 iOS with NAND feature enabled? I mean... not 1 iOS can now enter the NAND if i see it correctly.

Are you sure you tried the latest hackmii installer? Without BootMii IOS or some way to enable ahbprot, it will be difficult to mess with IOS.

Can somebody check those IOS versions? My NUS Downloader has IOS80 and system menu 4.3 in its database, but these IOS versions seem to be +1 the versions of 4.3. Can somebody confirm this?

Did you do an online update?

No the hackmii installer only works with IOS with everything disabled, that's alright... Are you able to install IOS236?
@WiiPower:
The IOS versions are fine, I forgot why nintendo +1 all IOS versions later on, can't remember the difference.

Ok. I have just downloaded again the latest (version 0.8) from Hackmii.org.
But it still says no vulnerable iOS found.

What i can do is Start MMM via Letter Bomb. But i can not install any iOS lower then the version that is installed. Also i cannot overwrite the excisting ones with some patches enabled.
It reports error -2011
ES_AddSystemTitle (-2011)

OK that's pretty bad... I don't really get the message about boot2 v0.

i am helping him with this, and so far nothing helped:
He can isntall some IOS's with MMM, but ye cant set one patch to yes, because then it will fail.
If he start a official update, it will give an error without a code.
IOS 236 cant be installed.

Maybe he can try to install ios236 in slot IOS18 because ios 18 isn't present and maybe this wii will let you install things lower than 200?

Hm, ok the IOS versions seem to be ok, but it sill looks odd. Try manually installing the latest IOS36, IOS56, IOS61 and IOS80 unpatched and try the hackmii installer again. Maybe it installed just the tickets, but the IOS are actually still the 3.4 versions, which is why the hackmii instaler does not like them.

Also, the system menu running on IOS36 is odd.

No, that wont work because your wii is not able to install patched ios... That will make some problems.

Sorry for Double!
But it's running on iOS 36 because i chose so. If i let it run on iOS 80 it does not have the abbility to access the SD card with Syscheck etc on it trough MMM.

We somehow need to get access to your wii, are you able to install older IOS versions without patches? Try to get IOS36 v3351 without patches installed.

I will try that now. Syscheck directly via Letterbomb gives a gray screen and immidiatly crashes and returns to the Wii menu.

Update:

It did not install:

ERROR: ES_AddTittleStart (-2011)

Update 2:

I started the minisyscheck trough Letterbomb (because the normal version crashed) and the SM ios is now 80 as it should be.
