Gaming free kid icarus 3d classic?

so is nintendo going to *snip us U.S. users again and give the other regions a free kid icarus for registering 2 cart games and not us in the U.S. ?
and if they dont have it for free will they release the 3d classic kid icarus in the U.S. at all?
and is there a way to get it if you in the U.S. ? maybe change the system setting to an EU country ? or do that and use a proxy to log in into or connect to the euro online server?
i dont get ehy the system has a setting to tell it what country if it has a region lock anyways ,if you have a north american unit then why does it let you select it for japan? i mean if you do that you still cant play a japanese game on it right? but what if someone was in the EU and set the region to U.S.? or liver in the U.K and had a U.S. region 3ds? would they still get the free download?

On a side note, its almost worrying people think a proxy will change the region of your console. If its Region-Locked, I think there's something in it determining its region rather than IP. Otherwise turning off the internet entirely will make it region-free.....oh look, 3DS haxx.

im not racist im just saying they are not treating us well in the US ,we are treated like racist people treat blacks ,but i guess other regions have it worse ,i didnt know all that other stuff that the other regions didnt get , i just see that eu get ambassador games and new fw before us and now this ,and the japanese were going to get legends demo ,before it got canceled, didnt mean to offend anyone , in other regions ,or be "racist"
