But its awfully obvious with the new movie announcement now.
Its exactly the same thing they did with Platinum.
They would have to have gone insane to not release Grey simultaneously with the movie about its mascot.

The 3DS is newest console, has already taken the market, and they wouldn't release a game for a console that is considered "old" Especially when their games are made with a defined pixel density causing them to look horrid on the 3DS. As far as fun goes, 3DS cartridges are already gray.
There's no point in making Grey a 3DS-only title because it requires revamping 99% of the game to be able to justify such a switch.
If you'll take a DS game that's CLEARLY a DS game, make it a 3DS exclusive and add nothing at all to justify such a converstion then you're bent on causing some uproar.
On the other hand, SMTS Overclocked, so what do I know? Pokefans would buy anything anyways.
well a new game has been announced. and its non of the games anybody thought it would be....its some game called Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition. I have no idea what thats gonna be like... O.o
it's a crossover of 2 series', just like KH + The World Ends With You in KH3D, yay
And it'll be on DS, not 3DS, and probably won't be released outside Japan D:
(According to this anyway)

Dengeki Online has revealed a brand new Pokémon game for release next year. This game Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition (ポケモン プラス ノブナガの野望 ) is due for release in Japan in Spring 2012 on Nintendo DS. Not much is known about this game yet but it appears to be an RPG game, similar to the Nobunaga Ambition games set in old Japan which are Turn-Based Strategy RPGs and labelled as a simulation. This game is a crossover between Pokémon and Nobunaga Ambition where you have to take over Japan gradually, but how Pokémon ties in, is not yet known. Details are being added as we speak. This game is set within the Ranse Region
Edit @ 03:03; More details have come in from the official site and will be added here as we translate them. At the moment, all we have are character names;
Like the main games, you can select either a male or female heroine. They both start with Eevee
Nobunaga is the main warlord who has Zekrom as his partner
Oichi is a character who helps you in the game, paired with Jigglypuff
Mitsuhude is a character teamed with Articuno
Shingen is a character teamed with Groudon
Kenshin is a character teamed with Mewtwo
More information is promised in January, indicating it'll be in CoroCoro and possibly be the game CoroCoro revealed
13 New Screenshots from gameplay added. This shows that the gameplay zooms in when combat is in effect, and you can move your Pokémon across the area by grabbing them

1. Samurais and pokemon..What the fck happened?
2. geeez spin offf, main games news plz
Some minutes later,
3. well who knows, maybe this is at least somehow related to the canon (games), what with a story of a war in the past in BW and the musketeer pokes?
checks pictures
4. One of them has ...a.... Mewtwo? Like seriously? They didnt even bother noticing such an obvious flaw? A samurai in feudal japan having a pokemon that was created in a lab?
Hope gamefreak is far from whoever is working on this, focusing on something completely unrelated.
It would appear that the new game is that fancy Nobunaga's ambition game.
Gosh, I hope this provides something new for the Pokemon franchise. Certainly, spin-offs don't do well very often, but I'd excited to see what new systems will evolve from this game, if any at all. From the trailer I saw, it looks like a game similar to ragnarok online or fire emblem, only turn based and with pokemon.
Looks fun, hope it's good... And ported over. If not, go fan translating teams! =P
its a strategy game with rpg elements (if its like older nobunaga games). just, instead of samurai, chivaliers, canoneers and stuff like that, this time you get pokemon.
personally, if they had to put in pokemon sprites into some other franchise, i'd prefer some fantasy rpg. would love to have a machoke warrior and a pikachu black mage or something
whats with everyone wanting something new for pokemon? its not like there arent dozens of spin offs already. see ranger, dungeon, rumble, spelling, snap, hey you pikachu/channel...
