Homebrew Are there any update ways to put game channels on the Wii menu?

I have been using Loadstructor for a long time now. But it is limited to using only cios 222,223 and 249. I have been using 249 for a long time now but it has been having trouble. It works well if I use cios rev 17 of 249 but that is not cutting it for some of the newer games. So I have updated to cios rev 21 of 249 and have d2x as 248. Are there any programs that are like loadstructor that can make channels out of games to be put on the Wii menu?

Thank you so much! I just changed it to use 249 to 248 (didn't think that would work) and now it seems everything works! And you can even install wirelessly which is awesome!
