I'm still suffering bad mentality from night shifts even back from 2020 when I was doing two jobs I'd wake up at 2pm and do 3pm to 5am shifts four days a week.

I used to work night shifts in a factory and I would literally fall asleep standing

I remember those conversations luckily mine were fast paced so I was always moving stocking shelves after cleaning a whole building is still damaging on the body kept me in good shape though. Had some help at least. I'll never forget how someone managed to get liquid doodoo all over the floor except the toilet.

Don't know what you were spraying but hopefully it wasn't doodoo had two different managers trying to keep me full time while finding every little mistake to complain about so the stress got to me.
