What to do with loads of mozzarella?

brine? it wasnt salty tho?
i only know brine from like... sausages and stuff where its really salty, or are there other kinds?
Brine is water with any amount of salt, it can be a little salty, it can be saltier than seawater, when it's used to store foods and not just salt them it's made to be the same concentration as the food so that it doesn't leech water from the food and that the food doesn't soak up too much water either. So it should have a grain of salt but shouldn't be salty salty.

oh yeah, i guess youre right then. it was for sure saltier than like milk or tap water, so i think youre right on the money!

I would personally just make toast and put the cheese onto it as is, just a big ol slice on buttered toast, maybe add some seasoning to taste, but that would definitely be breakfast for me.

...Cheese rarely lives very long in my house, could you tell.

thats actually a good idea cause its super simple and works in an airfryer. maybe i could make something like toast hawaii but with mozzarella!

like a fourth, i made salad last night with fresh basil and tomatoes!
cause that used up tomatoes and mozzarella both at once

Me thinks you need to powder the rest up and snort it up your noise.

Bonus points, if you do it from a Hooker's arsecrack.

So if I'm following this thread correctly, you had a kilo of mozzarella, you ate about one quarter, that leaves 0.75 kilos of mozzarella, which is ~2000 calories, which is the average daily intake. Just eat the cheese for breakfast, lunch and dinner one day and you're done.
