@bth one more argument for your approach: if in next HOS system modules will be exec-only sys-patch won't be able to patch it.
22.1.0 works like a charm with medicine of latest sigpatches from @impeeza : https://gbatemp.net/attachments/hekate-ams-package3-sigpatches-1-10-2p-cfw-21-2-0_v0-zip.551052/

This will last at least for 2 years i think. This is the worst case but it will not happen off course. So be happy my friend.

By the way, 22.0.0 sigpatch medicine is from @Dmxjall81 :https://gbatemp.net/attachments/22-0-0-patches-zip.566245/ page 349
and 22.1.0 sigpatch medicine is from @AmeliaFox : https://gbatemp.net/attachments/patches-fw22-1-0-atmo1-11-1-zip.567005/ page 353 Thanks to them too.

Just an FYI for anyone that needs more memory for overlays or old homebrew. Kefir still comes with a 40MB fix that you can turn off and on.
that's why i have shoved it into mesosphere
I've been trying your AMS+ fork and it's pretty nice. The sigpatches being built into the CFW is great. Just works.

What's the reason no more sigpatches will be "officially" made?
From what I've gathered, the tool the OP used to make them with is no longer maintained and therefore they can't release them anymore. It's still possible to make them, it's just not as straightforward as it used to be. bth posted here a few scripts that can make sigpatches but I can't really help you out with how to use them, sadly.

Are Dmxjall81's patches tested?

Are Dmxjall81's patches tested?
Yes both are working and looks like similar. 22.1.0 is loaded on my Version 2 switch.

And
There you download: https://github.com/Kofysh/Lockpick_RCM/releases/download/v1.9.19/Lockpick_RCM-v1.9.19.zip Unzip it to "bootloader\payloads" folder
You will need it in order to overcome 2002-1002 error in loading games and DBI prod.keys, title.keys error
Then you can update programs in switch folder such as Awoo installer 1.36

The thread went so off-topic I can't find it anymore. What's the reason no more sigpatches will be "officially" made?
Because fusee itself no longer supports .ips patches, and if you build your own fusee to enable them, you must make your own patches, against that fusee (with the *easy* tools to do so, not being maintained). With so many people playing with these things that don't have a clue, it's not even worth the headache of trying to support it. Then there are Hekate patches, which are different... it's just easier to use sys-patch.

This new Atmosphere fork seems better still... but it remains to be seen how easy it is to keep it updated with future baseline Atmosphere when a new HOS comes out (which seems quite often since Switch2 was released).

https://github.com/borntohonk/Atmos...e/include/mesosphere/fs_patches.hpp#L196-L222
https://github.com/borntohonk/sys-patch/blob/master/sysmod/src/main.cpp#L247-L255

https://github.com/borntohonk/Atmos...ere/loader/source/exefs_patches.hpp#L201-L225
https://github.com/borntohonk/sys-patch/blob/master/sysmod/src/main.cpp#L265-L295

in terms of viability for future HOS versions, it should mostly just be refactoring ontop of upstream atmosphere, and just updating adding the same pattern-format that sys-patch currently uses.

(it also may be viable to sneak in pattern entries by text file for exefs type patches/loader patches, but since new HOS version means having to recompile one might as well hardcode it)

Either get these and copy them over to the root of the SD card, overwriting the existing if prompted, or switch to sys-patch instead.
Hi i uploaded sys_patch and after opening it i got this can someone help me?

Hi there :)

My Switch had HATS-1.8.0-V1.3 with OFW 18.1.0, and I had games installed via AWOO, including sigpatches.

Now I upgraded to the latest HATS-2026-04-21-a195c24 package with Atmosphere 1.11.1 and OFW 22.0.0.

From what I understand, with this version we are suggested to use sys-patch, which seems to be included in the HATS package. However, my older games do not work. Will the sys-patch only work for the new games installed with DBI? Any way to make the previously installed games with AWOO work? Do I need to do something else to activate sys-patches?

just Run Hekate's fix archive bit on the sd card

Hello guys!
I could finally start the hack system by adding the Patches-FW22.1.0-Atmo1.11.1.zip, but now I cannot run any games on the hack system, could you please help me find a solution? I'm not that smart.
