Yeah, some data mining is probably in order. That might be possible with a third-party tool that can intercept license checks across the network, which could lead to the actual keys themselves being leaked. This could be risky if done on the internet, so you wouldn't want to do it with an account you intend to keep."with all the appropriate keys spoofed" is the key point here. No amount of reverse engineering will give you Nintendo's private keys which are used to sign software updates.
Unfortunately, I have no such tool. Sorry to disappoint anyone - I'm just the homebrew idea guy.
