Looking at the file, it seems that these are follow-ups of accusations made either online or through a hotline. The people may have been allowed to make them anonymous, but some gave information to give further interviews. They list out criminal history of some of the accusers, but we already know that these girls were usually runaways, so criminal records are kind of expected.

Honestly, that last one seems too outlandish even for this group of pedo's. Mentioning Ivanka being present for these things? Maybe that's why she's suddenly absent? You'd think she would have left sooner than that.
