I have a V1 switch vulnerable to the RCM jig hack.
My switch stock firmware is on 21.1.0
I downloaded the latest HATS pack which supports 21.1.0
I am able to inject payload using the TegraRCM exe file.
After setting up the emmunand, I tried to boot into EmuMMC (CFW) but I am met with the following RED error messages displayed sideways:

Unknown pkg1 version.
HOS version not supported!
or emuMMC corrupt!

Trying backup bootloader ...

Found pkg1 ('ahIx'),

Unknown pkg1 version
HOS version not supported!
or emuMMC corrupt!

Press any key ...

I tried to use the built in SD Card tester/benchmark tool to test my microSD card and it seems ok, fastest read speed about 78MB/s.

How do I resolve the above error message and boot into CFW?
I tried booting into Stock and I am able to.

Thank you for all your advice and assistance, guys!

upgrade MANUALLY Atmosphère and Hekate from their official github repos. even if you think you have latest zips, DOWNLOD THEM AGAIN and extract to the root of your SD card. Also if needed upgrade your payload.

I have the latest Checkpoint, and I have the updated atmosphere and new firmware so that I could play ZA and the DLC.

I backed up my ZA save, but pkhex is saying the file size is too big?

yes you can use checkpoint on the emmunand then boot int cfwsysnand and inject with checkpoint but be careful some games like smash bros that you play online might check for any modifications and if detected could trigger a ban i have safely used with marvel ultimate alliance 3 pokemon scarlet tetris 99 dragonball kakarot so a good rule of thumb is if there is no competitive online play you should be good but if there is make sure the saves are not modded in any way or you risk a ban
thank you very much for the answer!
I always play offline, so I believe it should be alright.
have a great holiday time.

Hi,
I have switch V1 unpatched, vulnerable to RCM jig hacking.
Stock firmware is 20.40.0
Atmosphere version 1.10.0 + Linux + Android
emuMMC has firmware 20.40.0|AMS 1.10.0|E
then I update emuMMC with lastest HATS
1. Can I update stock firmware to ver 21.1.0 without lose RCM jig vulnerable ? (I suppose YES 'cause is hardware fault but I wanna be sure)
2. Then I can update emuMMC to 21.1.0 using Daybreak or is better to do a fresh install of Atmosphere + hacks ?

Thanks

I have ofw+cfw. my kids started to play fortnite and I manage to use cfw with sysmmc for overclock. however, storage is limited and I wonder how to split SDcard to use one partition with sysmmc and another with emummc. many thanks for your support in advance!

You can create an emunand but all your content will still be on one card, get a larger card if you need more space.

Each *NAND have a «Nintento» folder, but the rest of the SD will be shared between them.

The SYSNAND will use the SDMC:/Nintendo folder

Each EmuNAND will use a SDMC:/emuMMC/XXYY/Nintendo folder. where XXYY is the ID of each Emunand, File or Raw Partition based.

Well, there is a thread full of potential fixes that you can try to resolve the issue. You can find that thread here.

As Hekate has told you, there are no main boot entries found nor are there any listed in the hekate_ipl.ini file. What you just posted are just settings or the "config" file. You have several options. You can learn how to make a boot entry yourself by following the instructions posted on Hekate's GitHub page or you can download one that already has the boot entries filled out. There are multiple places where you can find one of those. One is included in the patches thread on this website, another can be downloaded from SDSetup, and lastly you can find one from the AIO package DeepSea.
where would i put the boot entry downloaded through that patches thread

Hey guys, if I want to play with my brother netplay retroarch (gameboy color Gambatte core), which requires connecting to the internet, is it possible to do so without triggering the big N?

Hey guys, updated the fw for lite from 20.0.1 to 21.1.0 the official nintendo way, now boots to blue screen. Any way to fix it without a nand backup?

Backup and delete
SDMC:/atmosphere
SDMC:/bootloader

folders, then DOWNLOAD FROM OFFICIAL github repositories Atmosphère and Hekate. Extract them to the root of your SD Card. do the same with sys-patch sysmodule

Restart and test the console turn on,

Reinstall any sysmodule you need DOWNLOADING THE MOST RECENT VERSION.

reinstall any cheat, mod you use and restart your console

you can follow the guide https://gbatemp.net/threads/ultimate-guide-to-upgrade-your-firmware-atmosphere.661148/ .

And I forgot you must restore your Hekate_ipl.ini file from the backup.
