One more question when I press power button I run hekate, on the launch menu there's syscfw & stock, I assume the stock is the original sysnand? Also is there a shortcut way to boot sysnand without going through hekate launch menu to boot the official sysnand?

Not really unless you like hekate autoboot into stock

I have another question about save files, if I play a game on emunand without using cheats etc. a clean save file of the game, so then I buy that game disc in the future, will I be able to move the save file to sysnand & if I'm able to move that file for the original game I own, will it be risky & get me banned or is it safe?

There is some risk, can't guarantee that you won't get banned transferring save from emunand to sysnand won't get banned if you installed nsp and linked your nintendo account to emunand.

They are anything you configure on the HEKATE_IPL.INI file, that is why IS VERY IMPORTANT to you make the installation of everything by hand, prepackaged packages had so many things you do not know what they are nor you need. look in that file what means each entry.

The black masking tape on the bottom of the copper heatsink that's supposed to shield the speaker wires I guess....anybody ever forgot to reattach that and have their speaker wires MELT or something? CBA to open it up again.

Updated Pokemon Legends ZA to 1.0.2, now the game does not start properly anymore. Goes through the "Nintendo Switch" splash screen, then sits on a black screen without anything happening indefinitely. Going back down a version works fine. There is no error messages or anything for me to start troubleshooting with.

Switch is on 20.5.0, AMS is on 1.9.5, everything else works great. Already deleted the game / savedata and reinstalled it, same outcome. Anyone know what else I could try out to get this working?

Software really isn't my thing so please have patience with me..

As the sun's been shining I haven't used my Switch in months and the battery went completely flat so I have to inject a payload to get back into CFW. Unfortunately the computer I used when setting it up has died so I don't have any of the relevant files. I've put NSUSBloader on the replacement computer but don't know what payload to inject. I presume it would have to match whatever Hekate or Atmosphere(?) version is on the SD card. I've put the card in a reader on the computer but can't find any files with a version number.

Please help an ignorant fool out.

I updated to 20.5.0 | Atmosphere 1.9.5E and trying to play these games at 60fps (approx.) I have this problem with Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom where increasing FPS target on FPS Locker makes the animation go twice as fast, not just the frame rate. The animation was fine before updating but not anymore. I tried updating the files (FPS Locker, NX-Ovlloader, Ovlmenu, SaltyNX, Status Monitor Overlay, Sys-clk) and also use the FPS Locker option "Check/download config file", which also worked before updating, but now it gets stuck every time I try, and I need to power down the system before trying something else. I don't know if it's some conflict or some missing files or what... :(

Hello everyone!
I have a Nintendo Switch (UltraNX, Atmosphere) with firmware. I want to display the console's image on my laptop screen.
The laptop has an HDMI port.
I tried using a USB cable with SisDVR—the image works, but there's a lot of lag and latency.

Can you please tell me:

Is there a good solution to this problem without using a capture card?

Or is there a way to optimize SisDVR settings to reduce lag and latency?

@bulsik844 connect Switch to PC and use VLC or OBS to record your gameplay.

I tried a couple of different installers (DBI, Tinfoil, Spharia), installing it to SD and NAND, tried a bunch of different sources for the 1.0.2 update, tried with or without the DLC unlock, still no dice hanging on a black screen after the splash. At this point I really am at my wits end.

What throws me off is that there's no error message of any kind :(

What sd card format?

Got any sysmodule running? Pokemon games won't run when there is lack of memory

EdiZon, ldn_mitm, sys-patch, sys-ftpd, Ultrahand Overlay.

Here's everything that gets loaded on startup:

I had Pokemon ZA crash on me before when opening the ultrahand overlay while in-game to toggle ldn_mitm on 1.0.1, so maybe memory is really tight for some reason? I'm not sure what I can strip here while still maintaining the option to toggle ldn_mitm. Pokemon ZA won't trade to a non-modded switch with ldn_mitm enabled. If this really is the reason, I guess I'm going to clean out anything non-essential and try again.

Those seem standard, those are not are not like NX, mission control, that cause problem preventing pokemon games from starting, it give the message the game can't be started.

I am not even getting a message that the game can't be started. It starts up fine, goes through the nintendo splash screen, then sits on a black screen indefinitely until I hit the home button to close the game. I truly am at my wit's end here. I would just stay on version 1.0.1, but my Switch 2 has updated to 1.0.2 and I can't trade between mismatched versions :(

I also don't have any cheats loaded or active for the game, in case it matters somehow.
