Didn't touch my PS3 for years, never connected to the internet and PSN. Updated from a Rebug DEX firmware (don't remember which one) to evilnat 4.92.2 D-PEX.

Activated my Internet connection, blocked Syscalls with webman, tried to sign in and got first an Error 80023017. Fixed it by changing the NP environment variable, put my email and password and got another Error: 80023154.

Now I know my account it's not banned, I connected to the PSN on my PS Vita and PSP today.

What can I do to fix it?

Did you go to PSN on a PC first and created a device password for your PS3? Your older consoles now need a device password in order to log in, you can't use your actual account password.

Instructions on how to do that can be found at https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/account/ps3-ps-vita-device-setup-password/

yes I did. That's how I connected to the VIta and PSP. Doesn't matter if I use the account password or the device password I always get an error 80023154

EDIT:Converted the console to CEX and managed to log in. The thread can be closed

Very well put Helllord. Yeah, gotta got to playstation.com, get the generated password and THEN use that password on your PS console, whichever platform that may be, otherwise you'll be pulling your hair out trying to log in on said console. Oh, it's recommended to disable 2-step verification on their website to avoid any cock-blocking while trying to log in on said console...

DEX... IIRC a major "do not shoot yourself to foot" -feature.

I got a error 80023154 and I still can’t fix it, even after switching to CEX mode — the error’s still there
Could you please explain in more detail how you managed to fix it?
