After many rumours floating around online of a plausible Direct coming in September, this has finally been confirmed by Nintendo themselves in an official announcement through their social media accounts, and this time, it will be a main Nintendo stream instead of an indie or partner showcase.

The Nintendo Direct will air on September 12th, 2025, at 6am PT / 8am Central Time / 9am ET, and will be around an hour long focusing on both Switch 1 and Switch 2 games:

Gotta remember that Pokemon Mystery Dungeon isnt a series on its own but a part of the Mystery Dungeon franchise. So remakes are likely going to be a rarity in an IP that isnt specifically for Pokemon.
