Economically I mean. Socially the US is already a third world country. But you will never have to endure what Venezuelans endure just to eat because of how resilient the US dollar is.
The economy is the worst it has been since the middle of the pandemic and only continuing to decline further, jobs reports are abysmal. We'll also be abandoning the dollar entirely if Trump gets his way, in favor of scam crypto currencies.

Not to mention China and India working together now which is near 40% of the entire world's population. China is aiming for the US dollar to be knocked off its world currency throne, and they may be able to do it with the US's terrible situation.

You are the first person to do it in this thread, Ansem outright refused to say it when asked directly, the other JDV lover guy writes walltexts defending his regime, I don't know.
I call BS, I never defended any regime. The contrary is the case: I criticize the Trump regime, as I'd criticize every regime that is violating the domestic and international law. You cannot just make up things, seriously.

I just asked you for numbers and sources earlier on this thread, because you were making claims in Trump style ("most / a lot of people say...")

Again I just can come to the same conclusion as earlier: it's impossible to have a fact based dialog with you. You will just make random claims, make up stuff or you will make assumptions about people you do not know.

And btw: if you seriously call me a JDV lover you must have missed a lot of news over the last months. You don't seem to be well educated, let alone informed about politics. You should really spend more time reading instead of filling the internet with your hate

Umm... you really think DJT knew there was a boat there and decided to make a phone call, telling the military to go blow it up? That's what you think? Not military intel personnel sent to the region, working on all 3 ships in the area, telling him that THEY made a positive identification? :rofl2:
No, that's not what I think. That's also not what I wrote, either.

What I think is Trump sent those warships there with a quota to meet. Because three warships attempting to lay a naval blockade for God knows how long certainly is going to sound an awful lot of a huge waste of tax dollars if they just lie there doing absolutely nothing.
I'm not going to speculate on the size of power of Venezolan drug cartels, but why would they pass directly by those war ships if they can avoid them by literally hundreds of kilometers? (Venezuela has 2800 kilometers of coast line so plenty of non US warship territory)

But no... Trump called for results. Marines know they can't admit there's no threat within the vicinity. Or that their drugs sonar isn't a thing. So someone invented a hoax like the WMD'S: a lie to please the xenophobic base at home and show the world that the us isn't to be messed with. So some poor nearby fishing boat gets shot: because the army is more afraid of displeasing their manbaby-in-chief than moral ethics or international reputation.

Trump probably believes it is an actual drug boat. Without any proof, without any accusation, without anything. He believes it because he pretty much ordered it to exist, and the army is made his bitch that has to comfort to his sick world view.

That any clearer?

You made up some completely made up story to get mad at Trump but failed to answer a single question.

What is this boat and what was it doing?

No. Not at all. Quota? You have absolutely no fucking clue what you're talking about. Rules of engagement are strict as hell. Army? Damn, you don't even have Hollywood knowledge of how the military does business.

But we're not law enforcement, and don't just get to gloss over extrajudicial killings because it makes us happy they're gone.

Seemed like that's exactly what happened when Obama did it. And those people were not just civilians but American citizens.

That's the problem: we'll never truly know. The Trump administration will never provide any hard evidence to back their claims about it.
You don't know this, you speak like the engagement is over.

It's just getting started. Also come on, it is pretty obvious. You can argue this is "illegal" and we should be nicer to drug dealers, arrest them, fire warning shots, or whatever fake empath argument you want to make. They WERE drug vessels.

Had to look that one up. He killed three identified US citizens who were part of Al-Qaeda as well. It was justified under law-of-war principles and the Authorization for Use of Military Force resolution.

So quite a lot more gray of a situation than a boat of people who we don't know the names of or if they were even carrying drugs.

The fuck? That's worse, you see how that's worse, right? An ancient pedo with dementia ordering the US military to invade/occupy another nation's sovereign territory should automatically trigger the 25th amendment. We'd be invading Venezuela and destabilizing the Americas for what? Their fucking oil? Get this dime store GWB out of office.

One was a 16 year old, forgot to mention that.

We are not invading Venezuela, did you not see the tweet? Maduro ordered their ancient F16s to fly over US navy vessels, so Trump sent 10 F-35s in response.

We should invade Venezuela and kill their entire government though, don't bother acting outraged, the average Venezuelan wants that too.

Understand you are the only one pissed about this because you are obsessed about Trump, not even Venezuelans are on your side, just think about that.

So the "official line" was good enough for you with that one. Obama conducted drone strikes many times in Pakistan and killed hundreds, maybe thousands of civilians. The Obama administration justified it by counting all military-aged men in the strike zone as enemy combatants. Indiscriminate and repeated frequently.

Got it, so you aren't worth trying to reason with then. You'd gladly repeat the idiotic mistakes of Afghanistan and Iraq over and over again for the rest of time. Nobody who has actually experienced war wants more war, but the corporations do, and that's good enough for Republican bootlickers.

Would there be any other reason to single out these people if they didn't have evidence that they were working with the enemy? This was during a war where they had and probably still have insane levels of ease dropping capabilities?

But don't get me wrong, the drone strikes were out of control. It was bad under Bush, increased with Obama, and increased even more with Trump. I was just commenting on the American citizens who basically defected to the enemy during a war.

Just air drop food to Venezuela civilians, and they'll try and overthrow their Dictator them self. lol

Only Maduro is retarded enough to have a country with literally the most oil in the world, and still have his own citizens starve to death. Now that takes skill. lol

Seems the kid wasn't the target in the strike, but was killed. Looks like a regular kid who just happened to have a really shitty dad.

Imagine just being a deepsea fisherman, getting bombed to fuck-all. That's what I see from this.
Okay this is the most sheltered reply so far, congratulations.

Not that easy, they have no weapons, only Maduro's thugs who he pretends are not linked with his governments have weapons (the inevitably end-result of gun control). Back in 2013 there was a gun buyback and getting a gun (legally) is completely impossible now.

This is why Americans should never give up their guns either.

Ah, ok, mistakes happen right? no biggie. It's good to know Trump could mess up like this and it would be all smiles as long as it wasn't intentional.
