i just found out that GBATemp works on the (New) 3DS browser and that i can log in into my account, the interface is a bit glitched but i can still post *100% from the console*
Even image uploads works :3

:o We cats find the workarounds. I never used the 3DS browser much as most places I go to have captive portals, triggering the "Browser cannot be used at this time" error for being unable to ping Nintendo Japan's servers. Know a fix? But I post here from my Vita, which is difficult as there's no button to create a new thread, no visible text boxes, etc.

Yeah and can see youtube videos (Even the 3D ones) and some other webs with a bit of tricky changes between normal and cellphone view hahaha

Similalrly, I have no text boxes to type in nor button to create a new thread. I wonder how you did it. My methods on Vita aren't supported on 3DS, but maybe we can inspire more solutions.

I didn't get the texts box showing at first, you have to enable the "mobile version" of the page on the 3DS to get them to show up

Neat. Vita doesn't have that feature. Though enabling Mobile didn't make any 'Post New Thread'-like button appear. URL didn't change either. Maybe it spoofs the user-agent string to appear mobile. Side note: During its time, I made a sliding puzzle game compatible with the original DS browser (the one that came with its own RAM cart, before DSi).

Hello. I am very confused about this because I just tried it and I can barely enter the website at all. What do you mean by the 'new' browser and how did you get advanced features like logging in, image uploading and turning mobile mode on the browser? Thanks in advance

That is, the New 3DS / 2DS have a more powerful browser, but still the official one nonetheless. Didn't work for me, so I'll just keep posting from my Vita.

By New i mean the "New 3DS", "New 3DS XL" and "New 2DS XL" models, aka the ones with the C-Stick and the ZL/ZR triggers, and for the mobile version it's on the browser settings, for me it worked great

Finally got it working, posting from my 2DS out of necessity til my new Vita arrives or I reflash the old one. 3DS Browser's 'Request Mobile Sites' feature can be finicky, and even Gamefaqs is off- limits due to old SSL certs though. And I miss using a keyboard.
