[HELP] PS Vita bricked system apps after Enso → OFW update

Hi everyone,

I got a PS Vita (FAT, PCH-1104) from a friend who didn't want it anymore. He had previously installed Enso, but later updated it to an official firmware without properly removing the CFW.

Now, whenever I try to launch Settings or the Web Browser, the console crashes (I can provide a photo if needed). This makes it really hard to fix anything.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Installed h-encore² successfully.
• Installed VitaShell and VitaDeploy, but without access to Settings, I can’t enable unsafe homebrew or use the “Install a different OS” option.
• Removed the official Sony 8GB memory card, then tried launching Settings again, but it didn’t help.
• In safe mode, I only have access to ux:\ (no tai folder).
• The Content Manager still works.
• I have a PS3 Super Slim available if it can help with transferring or installing anything.
• I’m still connected to Wi-Fi and I can play cartridge games normally.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to restore access to system apps or reinstall the firmware without using the Settings app?

You can always reflash your Vita using Safe Mode and qCMA.

I Have reflash my Vita using safe mode in QCMA with update and reinstall the firmware, I have tried the 5 option the safe mod show me but it didn't fix the problem.
