Homebrew Is possible to shutter off the PSP's camera?

There must be a corresponding audio file somewhere in one of the system partitions I imagine. But where it is exactly, I don't know.

Or one possibility is that the audio is hardcoded into a system module (or something similar), and that it's not a separate file.

Does the sound come from the PSP itself, or from the camera attachment?

for PSP there's a separate camera attachment.

I know. Thought about getting one a long time ago. Back to the main question, I think the sound would be made from the system software somewhere.

Speaking of which, My battery is out from lack of use since I play my PSP games on my PC via RetroArch when I tried to see Where to turn off the camera sound. lol

:unsure::unsure::unsure: My 3001 model doesn't have a camera, thus I wouldn't know. You may want to ask @Nikokaro though . :)
Hi uncle. I never knew there was a camera in this console, to begin with... 🤷🏻‍♂️
And I would never have used it anyway; taking a photo with the PSP? Pretty ridiculous... 🤧

Seems there is an attachment to it. Thus I say to turn off the camera snap sound is in it's software somewhere. :mellow:
uh Bless You. I take it you have a cold :sad:

Nahh, I'm fine, pal. That emoji represents some kind of mockery, or ridicule. 😎
