Hacking Does anyone know where I can find a tool to convert images into icon-sized TGA files?

So recently I've tried to use the Wii U Title Boot Editor for this exact purpose, but I've been getting this error as a response:

There was another tool called the Wii U Image Tool, which has since gone down. I'm not sure where or how else I could accomplish this unless someone could provide me with a proper method for creating a TGA file and the correct size settings.

exactly what eeL20 said, and....

TGA formats: uncheck "RLE compression" and...

32bit for the iconTex.tga (128x128) and the bootlogoTex.tga (170x42) (both have alphas)

24bit for the bootTvTex.tga (1280x720) and the bootDrcTex.tga (854x480)
