hello Will this cause a short circuit on my switch?

As stated on the other thread, you need that hole free in order to screw in the heatsink. Otherwise, it won't sit correctly on the APU.

That lump of solder clearly has fragments of copper wire from a wick... if any bit of that lump gets loose, it can cause a short anywhere.

Good thanks, but in general if this cable is installed now 3v, clk d point, without removing the solder block, is there any problem.. even if the cable touches this solder block?
 
I'm not sure what you're really asking, but:
  • Could it work like that? Maybe. There is no apparent short under that, except between grounds, but who knows what could happen.
  • Could it cause an accident? Very likely. You can't install the heatsink properly over that lump, and forcing it in can turn it into debris that will cause shorts.
  • Is it a good idea to proceed without cleaning that up? Absolutely not.
Again, the only good advice I can give about that, is to clean it up. Then, confirm everything still works, before continuing with the modchip installation.
If you're unsure you can do that without making it worse, then find someone who can.

Ground planes are big and can draw too much heat from the iron very quickly. You can use a powerful iron with a large tip. A solder sucker would make it easier.

If you use wick, keep the iron in contact with the wick, and lift both of them together from the board at the same time. When you lift the iron before the wick, the solder cools very fast and the wick ends up stuck to the board. It's very easy to rip traces or pads when this happens.
