I downgraded nds-bootstrap so I could play Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days in multiplayer mode. If you use an updated version of nds-bootstrap, the game crashes in multiplayer. I downgraded, played, and finished what I wanted to do. Then I tried updating again using Universal Updater — it didn’t work. I manually replaced the files on the SD card — still didn’t work. I also tried deleting the 'titles' entry using FBI, but that didn’t help either. Now my 3DS is very slow when loading Twilight Menu and DS games.
