@weilai i'm always in offline mode,i only use the internet on Switch to transfer files to my smartphone and post them here(as i just did) with FTP 3 1.0 and update Breeze from the app.

a system update = firmware update
any reason you don't want to update to 20.0.1? or update atmosphere to 19.0
or you could try reset firmware requirement on the game with dbi since the game update only requires 18.0 masterkey

My Switch use Firmware 19.0.1..also I use H.A.T.S pack for the atmosphere..and it always work for old game and the new game also never ask for update..maybe it will help

atmosphere. Try to adjust your Step problem by step. I'm already suggesting you say with the game before the system. Remove your save and reinstall the update to see.
