So with latest Nintendo offerings and updates I no longer want to feed the machine by subscribing to NSO.


I like Wreckfest and they offer Daily and Monthly missions (some of them work like mods not available elsewhere) in online section.


Question is: 1) can I access them somehow on CFW? Via safe file? Specific dump of the game?


Also related question: 2) since Switch's online is peer to peer, can I have my own local server for games that have only online multiplayer?

I don't see any daily/monthly missions as DLC so I guess they retrieve that data directly from the nintendo servers and probably store that with the game data somehow.

Just like with Minecraft, Nintendo allows only the official Nintendo servers to be used.
Opposed to for example the SteamDeck version, you can't select anything else.
Maybe if someone could make a hack for it, it would be possible to connect somewhere else.
I don't know if the Switch version can talk to your own server.
I would not be surprised if they are using some other protocol/version to communicate with the Nintendo servers.
