New to cheats for this type of stuff. I'm used to pretty much downloading cheat engine CT's or Trainers.
After reading through 148 pages of discourse I think i've gotten everything set up and working but i'm sure I missed bits and pieces, that was a lot to go through to catch up.
I'm curious about a couple things regarding loot drops.
No Broken Weapons - What does this do, I read something along the lines of it doing something with the AM equipment.
If I read it correctly, it makes it to where equipment dropped from AM's that you haven't leveled up enough or something don't show up as broken? I'm also sorta new to XCX as well.
Gold Chest Drop - I read that if you use this you can potentially bork your quests since the chest will overwrite I guess what ever is supposed to drop? I also saw a comment along the lines of investing in Treasure Sensor instead so this situation doesn't happen but I couldn't find a cheat for treasure sensor, at least using the search function for this thread.
Would I be ok essentially turning the gold chest drop cheat on and off?
Do cheats in general stick to the game once they are saved with it?
Item Drop Off Code Turn Off Above - If the cheats are baked in after the fact then do you just leave them on and instead turn this cheat on and off to control the loot codes? This might be self explanatory but I just wanted to make sure.
Last, i've managed to get everything to work as far as I can tell by copying the structure of other cheats
::: Example ::: Cheat Name Folder/Cheats/3F2425864CF22684.txt
I wasn't sure if you were supposed to break each code into its own folder but that is what I ended up doing. Is this ok?
Also the master code at the beginning of the 3F2425864CF22684.txt, I left that in for each of the separately created cheat folders, I read some things about it not being needed but my understanding of what was talked about is insanely low. I even googled Cave Code and didn't really clear anything up for me.
Thanks for all of the cheats and work that was dedicated to the game. Appreciate ya taking the time to read this if you did.
