What did you buy recently? It could be anything. Share it in this thread! :)
I bought an iPod Nano. (1st gen.)

Yes, I am aware that the batteries suck to replace, but this one doesnt have and cant get black spot, and plus, its in good condition and has okay battery.

also it was cheap lol

And, its fully Rockboxed with 2 Tally Hall albums loaded on it at the moment.

iPod as an emustation?

Got a tube amp for my schiit stack. The stack is now finally complete, and slightly overkill considering I now have the Magni and Vali as amps there.

It glows.

And some other bits and pieces, from left to right it's some low-melt SMD solder paste, a solder blade to help remove chips from PCBs, and a small vacuum pump to also help with placing or removing small SMD components.

I recently got a black BC compatible Wii + transparent replacement shell (only GC cover is not clear). I will be installing the Arthrimus HDMI mod clone on it when I get it next month.

This is more of a revenge Wii since I bought the AVE HDMI mod and the one I got was defective and there's no way to get a refund and I can't send my Wii since I don't live in the US.

I actually didnt know that. And yes, thats my iPod! (except its white lol)

I know rockbox came pre-installed with a few games like Doom though. (Yes, it can run Doom.)
Rockbox was great! I used it on an Archos Jukebox. It really gave so many more options. Even let me upgrade the 30gb drive to 160gb.

Ended up ordering a Thermalright Frozen Wraith 360 Black AIO. It was cheap, and I kept seeing good things about Thermalright AIOs. I have used their air coolers in the last three builds I have done, and they work great, so I decided to try their AIOs. It arrives tomorrow.

The store I buy Gundam kits from got two kits I really wanted, so I bought the MG Guntank and the MG Turn A Gundam. I also ordered three bottles of Dspiae paint thinner. I like their hobby paints, and because there is a shortage of the thinner I usually use/get, I decided to try their's.

Going to install the AIO this weekend.

Also setup a preorder for the Switch 2 Mario Kart bundle on Amazon.es cuz they were live there a couple days ago for some reason. I bought my Switch 1 from Amazon.es back when it launched (it was the easiest way to get one in the US with the terrible launch availability ), so figured I'd try my hand again this time and didn't even have to fight at all for a verified preorder, and I got it for $10 USD cheaper after taxes and shipping. The tariffs delay shouldn't fuck with my price at all if they end up being increased, since it's a European Amazon store. :P As long as they don't cancel it for any random reason, anyways, but hopefully I was early enough before they went unavailable that it'll be all good
They ended up cancelling that order...

So setup another preorder from Bestbuy last night

Main reason I use rockbox though is because I daily drive Linux, and I dont dual boot windows. So, that means no iTunes for me. Rockbox allows you to just add songs directly onto the drive. My process of adding songs is downloading them using cobalt, and then I'll use something to get the metadata for the songs (Album Covers, Release dates, etc.) and then drop it in a folder on my iPod, and then finally, rebuild my database on Rockbox so my songs are recognized through the database.
