I don't know you but this entire discussion has gone way too far for my tastes.

"You would rather have convenience over real efforts" - agreed on this statement, and this summarizes why people keep erroneously calling me a "god" at hand-to-hand combat, chess, debate, fitness, engineering, and everything else I bother putting any kind of effort whatsoever into.Yes you can, to stop replying on it so heavenly

Literally said it already, but juan more time - if someone's creative field work is only on the level of TitKok room temp IQ gen Z'ers, and they don't even realize the fact or aren't willing to bolster their skills and quality of output - they weren't worth hiring in the first place in a modern business scape. Majority of the world isn't Japan where companies would hire JUST to have a few paperweights on payroll to look good in front of others having such a big staff roster. Quality of work matters!ai is going to be used to deny work to millions, and severely devalue the work of countless others

This. You get out what you put in, and I.Q. and workmanship skills have gone down hill SHARPLY at an alarming rate since 2007/2008, when the economy was first tanking and simultaneously smartphones were becoming a prevalent thing. Smartphones (and worthless "goof-off" apps like TikTok) have made people so fucking lazy and stupid, but nobody is wanting to have THAT conversation...Literally said it already, but juan more time - if someone's creative field work is only on the level of TitKok room temp IQ gen Z'ers, and they don't even realize the fact or aren't willing to bolster their skills and quality of output - they weren't worth hiring in the first place in a modern business scape. Answer is....Apple and iCrap 1. To profiteer, they broke the golden rule of HIGH technology: it does NOT belong in below room temp IQ hands for they will use it solely for pr0n and to spread their idiocy like bush fires.This. Illustrating the positives of your statement, in Texas they had an explosion in demands for English teachers as soon at the "smart" phones became common, just as how math scores in the U.S. went beneath those of other places such as Japan as soon as the calculator became widespread.This. You say that as if real artists didn't do that. You need to get back to reality
Easier said than done when everyone's too intrigued by the way AI is doing
Sketching
But here's the thing, everyone else has that same mindset and my biggest concern is that eventually it's gonna become the norm, an over-reliance affecting a large group of individuals
Not too mention that AI art literally steals existing drawings from other artists

The bad onesYou say that as if real artists didn't do that.
If you copy existing art, won't people know on first glance? The bad ones
And again, there’s a difference between references and just copying an existing art

Literally the same with Ai art, You’re just going back in circlesIf you copy existing art, won't people know on first glance?
The Ai didn't steal the art. It learned the style of the studio in question. You guys are throwing around half-truths and not using the right words. That right there is half the problem with people thinking Ai "steals" when it's really just referencing like humans do.When I first saw Ghibli styled images they were mostly memes, and they were funny to me to some extent. However, I've seen people abuse it and even saying: “Oh AI made it in seconds while it took months and/or years for Ghibli to create the similar thing”. AI didn't make it in the matter of seconds, it has stolen that art and that was the freaking point of the whole drama about it.

Funny how we went over this and you chose to ignore it, telling me to go die mad about itThe Ai didn't steal the art. It learned the style of the studio in question. "Someone explained this
"Imagine you built a sandcastle you're really proud of from years of experience, only for it to be destroyed by someone who then took your work and made it look worse and unrecognizable and claim it as their own"
It's not a reference if it shows too much similarities to the original drawings like the poses and style
A reference are pictures of an original artwork that artists use to base off their own artistic creations like if they want to draw some cartoon character, they can use the official reference sheets to get the character right and then have them do whatever like riding a bike or driving a car
Ai Art just uses real art and tweaks it to whatever the person commanding it wants, not having everything made from the ground up
So if someone types a cartoon character wanting to a ride a bike, AI will just use an existing drawing of a cartoon character riding a bike that someone drew and mess that up when generating it"
Strawman argument at best.
3, 30 seconds to 1 minute youtube videos. Bruh you literally got nothing better to do right now, now you're just stallingNobody is gonna watch 3 YouTube videos, get real. And gatekeeping how many details you reuse? That's just hilarious.Strawman argument at best.
Ai is a TOOL at the end of the day. Absolutely nobody is forcing you to use it.3, 30 seconds to 1 minute youtube videos. Bruh you literally got nothing better to do right now, now you're just stalling
And yeah, I had to because you're the one who ignores them. You really think you're in the right for gaslighting me despite all their information I've provided has been ignored by you??
Jeez no wonder why STD and Handy are saying this escalated badly, you really are a pain in the ass to deal with

based.Yeah I'm just saying this because I've been a Pixel artist for 5 years and I'm really pissed that some are keep using it for cheap art (especially right now with the new Ghibli ai)
