I was upgrading my sisters ttds flashcart to 16 to 64 gig micro SD card I got all the twlight menu files in the mirco SD the dot ds files before I give it to because I figured she will like it where do I put the save files from her 16 gig sd card

If TWiLight Menu++ is installed on the flashcard, put the .sav files into the "saves" folder in the same place as the .nds files.

Frist of all it is a honor and honesty pretty unreal to have rocket robz himself to see for the 3rd time and the fact he is helping me and my sister out shows that he is a great guy I got what you said done and my sister was actually super super happy she played with for the rest of the night you did an amazing job with twlight menu all her save files worked the dot nds and all of the twilight menu roms we can't play ever single one we can not pass the roms beginning with C on every system because it is in alphabetical and twlight menu is still a massive project in the working also we had to use the emulator to find the roms on the sd card I could not do this to all the emulators and the snes emulator I could not run anything on it I just thought it would be better if literally the twlight menu can load the roms and just use the emulator to load and play the roms and I think it should which could be possible to support retro achievements because the ds does hock up to the internet and twlight menu uses roms and emulators I would pay for that feature no exaggeration

Try reformatting the SD card here: https://dsi.cfw.guide/sd-card-setup.html

it just doesn't read any of the save files that it hasn't made in game
The save files it "made in game" are going to be stored in a .sav file on your SD card. If you want to use data from a different .sav file, then you are going to have to overwrite the existing .sav file with the new .sav file you want to use. (Also, the new file should be exactly the same size as the old one.)
