alright got it. Sorry for the trouble. I keep my switch disconnected from the servers at all time anyway
If you've installed forwarders already on your sysNAND, it's already dirty. Keeping it offline is only delaying the inevitable since, as soon as you connect to the Nintendo servers, telemetry data will get updated on their servers and ban will happen somewhere between now and sometime in the future.

OH CRAP.... UHHH... CAN A SWITCH FORMAT REMOVE EM? OR A BACKUP OF MY NAND INTIRELY?

What's the button combination to press in order to see if the sys patches are activated or not ?

restore the backup from just before the last time you connected online

if you have a backup that was after your last connection, that should be good too, as long as you didnt do anything bad on it

alright. I got that. But the version of the console was version 1.18 when I backed it up (I was JUST starting to homebrew) Does this mean I have to update my switch again?

Unfortunately, formatting your Switch won't clear its telemetry.

Taken from this thread, this is the only safe way I know of to "remove" problematic logs:
So far, the best way to avoid being banned is by making a clean NAND backup before hacking the console and restoring it prior to going online as well as ensuring you stay offline when utilizing hacks. For a guide on not only how to backup but restore your NAND, please click here. Once you click the link, navigate to Extra/Important for the instructions. Note, any NAND dumps/backups made using the ReiNX toolkit are not as "clean" as the ones made with Hekate. This is because Hekate is loaded before you turn on the Switch while the toolkit must be loaded after you are already running a CFW.

The correct process for trying to avoid a ban are as follows:

  1. Make a clean NAND backup before doing any other hacks/CFW/homebrew using Hekate including boot0/boot1 and raw eMMC GPP (which will become a rawnand.bin)
  2. Perform any and all hacking offline with the Wi-Fi settings deleted and Airplane Mode to prevent accidental connection to Nintendo Hotspots (think 3DS Spotpass)
  3. Restore the clean NAND backup as well as boot0/boot1 prior to going online
  4. Make another NAND backup as well as boot0/boot1 at this point since your NAND has made permanent changes while connected to Nintendo's servers that are not present in your original NAND backup
  5. Repeat steps 2-4
Any other way is probably not safe enough and ban may or may not be immediate.

Sorry guys,i have some doubts and questions: a few days ago i was asked if it is possible to install the CFW Atmosphere on a Nintendo Switch Oled 2024(without hardware modification)and since i know how to modify the V1(like mine),thanks in advance.

Apologies if this has already been asked, but is 19.0.1 stable with latest Atmosphere/Hekate and sigpatches/sys-patch? I know the latest Atmosphere has basic support for 19.0.0, and I assume 19.0.1 isn't that big of a change, but I just want to be sure. I'm mainly asking because it seems things are starting to require 19.0.1, such as the 1.0.1 update for Yakuza Kiwami, but I've seen reports that some NSPs that get detected as needing 19.0.0/19.0.1 sometimes still work on 18.1.0 (which I am still using on my modded v1 Switch). Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
