2. The counter for the charge to always be ready in next move instead of 40 or however moves.

Have not been playing this game as I am recovering from migraine. I have not found the skill mastery code. Alternatively you can on the god mode and infinite mana to farm the mastery.

It’s the restriction of eating food. If the character's satiety is full, he can't eat. There will be a flashing red icon in the upper left corner to indicate that he is full. Reduce satiety by walking and fighting.
