Hey,
I've tried to update my switch on cfw, starting with sysnand, but now I have a yellow screen
I'm sure I've updated atmosphere, hekate and sigpatches so I don't understand...
How to get sysnand back to normal?

But before...How can I get sysnand back to normal? emunand is still working tho

Let us recap what happened so far:
1. You upgraded your SD card to a bigger one by copying files from the old to the new card.
2. Your emuMMC did not boot (GPT error) using the new SD card. Only sysMMC (stock) boots.
3. You updated Atmosphère and Hekate on the new card, error persists.
4. You restored your sysMMC from an old 2020 eMMC backup, error persists.

Yes, that sounds correct. Though I have to add that I formatted my new SD card to FAT32 before I copied everything over. And last night when I was trying to restore my emuMMC, I accidentally clicked on Backup eMMC BOOT0 & BOOT1 instead of restore because I was sleep deprived and went to the wrong menu. I followed the restore instructions perfectly afterwards though. Maybe me accidently clicking backup screwed something up, so I'll try restoring it again from scratch tonight. After I "restored" my emunand, I didn't see any difference so maybe it didn't even work?

Restoring a nand backup doesn't help if you wiped the emunand partition off your old sd card, you should have moved your emunand over to new card.

Oh no, does that mean my Switch is screwed and can never boot into emuNAND ever again? I didn't realize that there were specific steps that needed to be taken when upgrading your SD card. Is there anyway that I can factory reset my Switch and jailbreak it all over again? Like I said, it can boot into STOCK just fine and is still on OFW 8.1.0, I don't mind if I lose all of my data or get banned, I just want to be able to play non-WIFI safe Smash Bros mods and other 'dirty' stuff on this Switch as I have a 2nd Switch for safe mods. I also didn't try booting into sysNAND yet. If I don't care about my 1st Switch getting banned, can I just do everything I used to do on my emuNAND on my sysNAND instead? Was there a specific way that you needed to set up the sysNAND though? I think the guide I used 4 years ago was specifically for setting up emuNAND, but I could be wrong.

In your case did you turn on SD emummc raw partition when backing up the nand, if you didn't then the backup Is sysnand cfw/ofw.

Even it you have the emummc nand backup if you don't have the raw partition then it is quite useless. You can try to make a raw partition emunand and restore the nand backup and the sd card data if it was the emunand nand backup.

In your case did you turn on SD emummc raw partition when backing up the nand, if you didn't then the backup Is sysnand cfw/ofw.

Probably not as the option appeared to be off last night in the Hekate menu iirc. Is there anyway to check for this?

Looking into the partitions of your SD Card, you can use MiniTool Partition Wizard or Disk Manager on windows.
