Hello everyone! I have a problem with my switch v1, my switch closes the games very randomly with the message: The software was closed because an error occurred(sometimes it doesn't even let me get to the main menu of any game, every day it usually behaves differently) I was told that it could be the fault of the sd but even in ofw without sd, games get closed, I thought it could be temperature problems but even after changing the thermal paste the problem persists, I would really like to hear opinions from other people or if there is any program to see the temperature of the rams or some way to test them,

(is that battery temperature normal?)

i tried in dock mode and left until it crashed and the battery has reached 45 oC

Does it work without the joycons?
Try it without them, (not even connected)

My drifting joycons caused that problem (it works without them and with other pair of joycons)

nope, without joycons it also crashes.

I would really appreciate some Tips to know what I could check, would anyone know tell me a better way to see the console temperatures than the homebrew gallery menu?

And you are sure they are off?, unplugging them from switch is not enough.
Unplugg them, turn the switch off and the turn it on using only the power button.
