There isn't a Homebrew Browser for the DSi. If you want to use homebrew on your DSi, you must install Unlaunch and TWiLight Menu++.

dsidl downloads files via QR codes. Nowhere was FBI mentioned.

As far as I know, the team from Universal Updater has mentioned that they are making a DSi version of the homebrew. But due to the unstable DS wifi, they did not proceed with it. CMIIW
