Depends on whether or not there was any sort of contract agreed upon, verbal or otherwise. In any case, Musk has the resources to delay any legal action against him for a long, long time. Well past the election, which means Trump's campaign is screwed if it had already spent some of that money with the expectation it would be reimbursed.

The answer is ZERO, and the funny thing about that is that the people that whine on about Trump and the end of democracy don't even have anything to say about this. They are quite happy for their overlords to step all over their "democracy" when it suits their narrative and just ignore that their rights are being trampled on, they are OK with assassinating their opponents yet if the same thing was to happen to their overlords they would never stop complaining. Double standards, hypocrisy, lack of self awareness and contempt for anyone or anything that doesn't align with their world views is the normal for these people.

The funniest thing is, they (democrats on this thread) are now quite happy to see their leader "Biden" (The guy they elected to be president) basically thrown under the bus in a coup when he was no longer useful to them and are now supporting a total idiot with zero accomplishments as a VP as if she is the new messiah. It's funny how they don't bring up her negative track record - but don't worry though because in the next few months ahead I will let them know exactly who they are voting for and what she's done. (including lying to the American public and hiding that she knew dementia Joe was unfit to lead).

Still I am happy the Dems have been basically forced to have her at the top of their ticket - she's despised even more than biden was by voters and it's going to be a landslide victory for Republicans.

Why don't you ask him via a tweet, nobody here speaks for Trump, he is able to do that himself. One things for sure he wouldn't have abandoned his allies, he wouldn't have armed the Taliban with billions of dollars of state of the art equipment, and we wouldn't have seen people falling from the landing gear of airbourne planes at a packed runway at Kabul Airport, and we wouldn't have seen 13 US soldiers killed at Kabul airport in a botched withdrawl (or innocent children killed in a drone strike as revenge for that).

Yep it was a total "cluster fuck", ordered by an Idiot that was in charge of the military. It took them by surprise with no time to prepare. You'd have thought Biden and his admin would have a basic understanding of history and learned some lessons from it, but alas no. Still when you hire DEI people to do a job, you are not getting the best people for the job, only the best people for your DEI graph that only ever gets looked at by a handful of people and then thrown in a bin. You'll find this out soon enough from your DEI hire VP if you haven't already by her non existent track record as VP.

even elon thinks trump is toast, took his "dark elon" profile picture down and admitted that he wasn't donating to trump anymore, you can cope all you want but your post comes off as "just being angry and pissed off because you can't handle a black lady being president so you wanna just scream the n word with all your might but your too scared so you just scream DEI instead" your whole life is a joke bro~

The last I heard Elon is very much donating to the super pac which will fund the Repulican party and therefore Trump.
