Hacking Misc GBA Requesting help with Europe Sonic Advance cheat codes

Hiya everyone!
I've been on a big Chao Garden kick lately, and I've been looking into ways to make things easier for myself. So, I picked up an EZ-Flash Omega, fully intending on using it for quality of life Chao Garden cheats, as well as just having multiple TCGs on one cartridge without needing to switch.

I've immediately hit a wall, noticing that GameCube and GBA games need to be the same region to connect to one another. And then discovering that Europe has FAR less cheats compared to USA.
I was wondering if anyone could provide an updated cheats file for EZ-Flash Omega that includes some extra cheats for PAL, including the "Chao always Happy" and "Chao always Hungry" cheats, as well as any other quality of life (Or more general) cheats people might be able to provide ^-^

I'd looked online and found tutorials to convert cheats for EZ-Flash, but cannot find these cheats I need for the Europe release of the game.
That and I have no idea what to do, since tutorials I can find expect me to already have a lot of knowledge I don't possess.

Well, yes but also no.
There's no cheats present for the Tiny Chao Garden listed for the European release.

The US release has plenty - But I am locked to the PAL version of SADX and SA2B and therefor need codes for the European release ^^;

I found this resource before, and it's actually why I made the request to begin with
