Hey hey,
open the ini file to change the folder names, saved it, but somehow the names of the folders won't change.

Do the names revert back when you open the .ini file again?

No the names stay the same if I reopen the file

Yes, but in the ini file putted in whole SLOT_NAME_# = .....

Please post what's inside the ini file.
Also, are you using v1.1 of 3DSBank?

Apparently, ini settings are case-sensitive. Try changing "Name" to "NAME".

Just another question. If I name a game folder in one menu in transfer to the other. So like in slot 1 the name is Cooking Mama and than a folder in slot 2 in the same place will also be called that. Any way to fix that?

Folders within the 3DS Menu are tied to the console itself, so there is no fix.

Can I delete the 3DS Bank folder in my sd card if I am on my main home menu, no longer have any alternate home menus, and no longer wish to use it? Or would that brick my 3ds? Btw ty for still answering questions about 3DS Bank after all this time.

Yes, it is safe to delete it.

I may be totally wrong here -- but I think one of the advantages of having it as a DS app is that it persists when swapping between 3DSBanks etc... I think anyway.

Is there a way to make this work with shortcuts like for example: I make a map for 3ds and one for ds and one for homebrew is there a way to make it posible that when im in the 3ds map i can switch to ds without opening the whole app or is there a way to merge the maps so i dont have to switch between homescreens

Sorry if this has been asked before but how do I get back to my main menu with my themes and apps? I was checking the app out and instinctively pressed home not realizing it would make a new folder. I assume it's slot 0 because the file size is 84gb but am not getting anywhere but pressing a in the app

well that should work.

slot 0 should be your main and first folder. it should have created slot 1 that's your 2nd folder.

its bit slow because its the DSi app. maybe wait a bit.

Sorry was a shit day just now getting on. I fixed it just by dragging slot 0 contents to the Nintendo 3ds folder and deleting something
