Is there anyway to change the buttons to go back to the Tesla Menu when using the Status Monitor Overlay? ie. use the FPS counter & to go back to the Tesla Menu & configure/change it you have to push both joysticks (Left (SL) + right (SR) in at the same time. Can we change the SL +SR combo to something else?

Also wondering if its possible to use the features in status monitor overlay like overclock or FPS counter in other emulators like Retroarch?

For some reason my Switch locks up when invoking Status-Monitor-Overlay. Sometimes it works a little but then my Switch locks up.

I'm using Status Monitor 1.0.3a, Ultrahand 1.5.8, HOS 18.0.1, AMS 1.7.0 and latest nx-ovlloader, SaltyNX, FPSLocker, sys-clk-oc8_0512 and OC Switchcraft 1.2.4. Is it supposed to work with the stuff I'm running?

Does this happen with Wi-fi turned off?

Then check if this happens with wifi turned off.
It worked for a while, but when triggering the overlay off it caused a crash again. I think it could be related to the fact (?) that both Ultrahand and Status Monitor Overlay use L + Down + Right Joystick Click to trigger.

If it's happening when trying to close overlay, it may be because you have too much sysmodules installed. When going back to main menu is when it takes the most RAM. Try to delete some sysmodules and restart system.

I managed to fix it by changing the key combo in the config file to key_combo=LSTICK+RSTICK. Before I wasn't using a config file at all. Thanks for your help, still!

/edit: question about the possible things to show on the overlay. In a video I saw someone display PWR draw and battery info in the Micro display. The readme doesn't list this as options for the config files. How did he/she do that?
/edit2: It is hanai3Bi's fork.

1.1.1
1.1.1 is now released

  • Added options to show 2 the best candidates for game's internal resolution in Mini and Full modes.
  • Added keys to config that can disable showing FPS and Resolutions in Full mode
  • Added value "RES" to "show" key in Mini mode that shows Resolutions.
Update SaltyNX to 0.9.1+ for better compatibility with games using Id Tech engines

Hello everyone, I reinstalled all my overlays after upgrading HOS + Atmosphere and I discovered that Status Overlay is working well with Airplay Mode on but is stuck at 254 with Airplane off

Can someone explain me why ? I already had this issue in the past but cannot remember what was the root cause.

Not a big deal but I would like to use Cloud save for the Witcher 3 when I switch to my Steam Deck Oled

howdy! i updated to salty nx 0.9.2, and status monitor overlay 1.1.3. unfortunately, the estimated remaining battery time now just says (0:00) all the time (all the other things work though). anyone have any hints or ideas what I can do to fix this?

1.1.4
1.1.4 version released.

It's a MUST UPDATE for 19.0.0+!

With 19.0.0 FW there is a report that using OS function for reading SoC and PCB temperatures (that is utilized by Edizon Overlay, Status-Monitor-Overlay, sys-clk and potentially more) is causing sleep mode issues while sys-clk is installed. Since I planned to do it anyway, I have decided to completely ditch service used to read those temperatures in favor of reading unfiltered temperatures directly from sensors.
And more...
