i saw a video about streaming your 3ds to your computer wirelessly and a recent comment from the cretaor of the vid said to download it from the Luma3DS v13.0 thingy and idk how please help

Well a few things to mention here.

• Please never use video guides. They tend to have a bunch of false and outdated info. We get a ton of people with messed up installs.
• Streaming of video will be extremely low quality so just a heads up.
• Do you have your system modded already? If not you would need to mod it following https://3ds.hacks.guide/
