Help! Modded OLED now only boots to OFW.

Hi everyone,
I modded my OLED switch with the Instinct-NX V6 chip back when TotK came out. It worked as it should for months. After I finished the game I didn't touch the switch for a few months and now when I turn it on it boots straight to OFW with this light sequence on the chip:
flashing red (1 sec) > breathing purple > flashing yellow > breathing purple > flashing blue > boot to OFW

I opened it and inspected my solder points, and they all looked fine. I took diode readings and they are lower than what they should be:
3.3v = 0.363v
D = 0.494v
C = 0.880v
A = 0.460v
B = 0.419v

Any ideas? Is it the chip or the installation, or something else?

Did your SD card maybe get messed up?
The modchip needs the file and maybe an emuMMC image on the SD card.

I doubt it, I can see the files on the SD card and I didn't change anything. Also if it was the SD card shouldn't I get the no SD screen instead of booting to OFW? I'm going to try another SD card just in case. Thanks!

Sometimes readings can be deceiving. Culprit can be 3 things, D0, CPU flex, or simply a faulty modchip.

Yeah, I suspect the CPU flex as well. I'm going to order a new modchip as well just in case.

Here is a list of error codes I've compiled for the Instinct NX from sthetix's video.

INSTINCT NX ERRORS
FPGA error	Blinking red lights x 7-8 continuously for long time + then nothing (no OFW)
3.3v disconnected	No signal + switch wont turn on
D point disconnected	Purple x 2 + Blinks white several times and boot to OFW
A point disconnected	Purple x 2 + Blinks white several times and boot to OFW
C point disconnected	Blinks purple for long time + red light blinking + OFW boot
B point disconnected	Purple x 2 + Blinks white several times and boot to OFW
CPU SP1 and SP2 disconnected	Blinks purple for long time + blue light 3 times + OFW boot

Looking back at sthetix's video - when the CPU cable is disconnected:

Same problem, same limited console, one year works just fine... And now same error. Long story short. Seems that for me works reflowing (will test it hardly this weekend) instinct-nx v6 pcb - probably nuke from manufacturer or from Team Executor.

A customer send me a switch OLED with the same symptom, i tought it was the dat0 since there was a flex, but finally it was the chip which was faulty.
