ANY pokemon spawned using encounter code are illegal for trade been that way since gen 6 (technically before that as well but there wasnt anti cheat)

I've been able to take them into battles, but I make sure to encounter them at legit levels. Had to use the code for a 0 Speed Bloodmoon Ursaluna until Pkhex.

Maybe the trade legality is different.

Use the plugin. It can add the whole Pokedex. But we need to wait when the plugin gets updated. This is how i completed my Pokedex(base game) without using codes.

hey i dont know if this really fits the topic but when i try to transfer a shiny darkrai or alolan vulpix from pla to home it gets an error everytime but when its a different pokemon it works perfectly fine (the vulpix and darkrai are both legal)

shiny alolan vulpix and shiny darkrai are not legal if they came from PLA. They were shiny locked in PLA. So not legit.

Can you check if this works? The first line was given in the updated cheats. In the 2nd one, I copy pasted the middle part the code under game speed +/- next to 040F0000 , leaving the first and the third unchanged. It's working for me but i havent played beyond the 1st battle with nemona.
