42 °C in hekate can it be normal?

I have this temp on a recent modded patched erista. I have changed the flex and the chip, and I still have the same temperatures. I have no idea how hot it was before. Thanks for your comments!

42 is on the hotter side. Personally I never go above 30 while idling in Hekate for a few minutes. You did make sure to replace the thermal paste right? K5 Pro is generally cited as a decent paste for Switches but just about anything should be fine. Other than lack of or improper usage of thermal paste, not sure what else would cause it.

then yes it's a bit hot, try to replace the thermal paste, see if it helps.
