Homebrew rebooting stock switch to payload

I was wondering if it was possible at all to reboot to payload after entering stock firmware from Hekate. I thought about it because when in emunand if you reboot in any way it automatically goes to the Hekate menu, but when I tried rebooting from stock (that i booted in from Hekate) it didn't work. Does it happen in emunand because of Atmosphere? Or does it happen because of Hekate and there's some way of making it work with stock?

Can't be done. Yes atmosphere's code is responsible for rebooting to payload. Stock OS only does stock reboot, and can't be changed because it's stock.

So you have to do the whole boot to RCM thing (Manually grounding the pin) again?

Yes, either that or autorcm or fit a modchip.
