Switch delete my all Memory card data

hello everyone I've always had double emunand on Memory card and fw 3.0 in sys nand that I never use, I don't know why but lately when I pass from one emunand to another the switch wants me to format the whole Memory card before it didn't happen, someone can you help me? otherwise I can no longer play online with clean emunand
