Can some of you guys help me make a homebrew app shortcut for the HOME menu?
I have a hacked 3DS with 11.16.0-49E on it.
You guys must give me a step by step guide and no 3DSX Launcher Loader.
Help is appreciated!

He wants his homebrew app to be installed on the home menu (cia), like any other homebrew app on the 3ds.

Yeah, that's right, I want to make a CIA for a homebrew app.
