Hacking Homebrew Help me make a Homebrew app shortcut.

Can some of you guys help me make a homebrew app shortcut for the HOME menu?
I have a hacked 3DS with 11.16.0-49E on it.
You guys must give me a step by step guide and no 3DSX Launcher Loader.
Help is appreciated!
